The rules and conditions that govern your use of Cerqavi and our services.

Welcome to Cerqavi. By accessing or using our website at cerqavi.com (the "Site") and purchasing products from our online PC game store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cerqavi ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a business registered in the Philippines. By creating an account, browsing our website, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and make purchases on Cerqavi. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Minors may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

3. Products and Pricing

Cerqavi sells digital PC game activation keys, game bundles, and games accessories. All prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (₱). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of checkout and are binding upon completed payment.

We strive to ensure all product listings are accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

4. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Cerqavi.
  • We accept GCash, Maya, major credit/debit cards, BPI Online, and BDO.
  • Payment must be completed in full before game keys are delivered.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

5. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, your game activation key will be delivered to your registered email address within seconds to minutes. Cerqavi is not responsible for delivery delays caused by inaccurate email addresses provided by the customer or email service delivery issues beyond our control.

6. Refunds and Returns

Due to the digital nature of our products:

  • Game keys that have been activated on any platform (Steam, Epic, GOG, etc.) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may be granted for unactivated keys within 30 days of purchase if the key is proven defective.
  • To request a refund, contact supp@cerqavi.com with your order number and reason for the request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

7. Key Replacement Guarantee

If a game key you receive from Cerqavi is invalid or non-functional, we will provide a free replacement key within 24 hours of your report, provided that:

  • The key has not been used or activated.
  • The report is made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • You have not violated any terms of the relevant games platform.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in the following activities on our Site:

  • Attempting to resell or redistribute game keys purchased from Cerqavi without written authorization.
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to purchase products.
  • Submitting false or fraudulent orders or chargebacks.
  • Attempting to circumvent our security measures or access systems without authorization.
  • Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Philippine law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Cerqavi website, including logos, design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Cerqavi or its licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Game titles, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective publishers and developers. Cerqavi is an authorized reseller, not the developer of any games sold on this platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Cerqavi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila.

12. Changes to Terms

Cerqavi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
